Thank you for using SELVE ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy
explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information
when you use our mobile application pertaining to…………………….. (the
"App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree
with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any
time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by
updating the "Effective Date" of this Privacy Policy. You are
encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed
of updates.
1. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

information we may collect via the App depends on the content and
materials you use, and includes:

your name, identification number, email address, and telephone
number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender,

register with the App or when you choose to participate in various
activities related to the App, such as online chat and message

User information from social networking sites, such as Google and
Facebook, including your name, your social network username,
location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and
public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social
networks. - 1.3 Financial Data
We do not collect any financial information. All financial
transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple
App Store. - 1.4 Audio Recordings
To analyze your speaking skills, we may request access to your
device's microphone to record your voice. These recordings are
securely stored in encrypted cloud storage and are used solely for
the purpose of performance analysis, service enhancement, and
delivering personalized feedback. - 1.5 Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your
mobile device, including your mobile device's microphone, storage,
and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions,
you may do so in your device's settings. - 1.6 Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and
manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number,
country, location, and any other data you choose to provide. - 1.7 Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account
or the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of
communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings. - 1.8 Third-Party Data
We may collect information from third-party sources when you choose
to link or integrate your account with a third-party platform (such
as a social media service or external app). This may include
personal information—like your name, email address, profile photo,
or your list of contacts—depending on the permissions you grant. We
only access the information that you explicitly authorize, and it is
used solely to enhance your experience with our services. - 1.9 Data from Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys
Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.
2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We collect, use, and

- When users request activation codes, their information will be
shared with potential sponsors. This feature is intended to help
connect users with individuals or organizations who may support
their access to the platform.

your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly

visit the App. These companies may use information about your visits
to the App and other websites that are contained in web cookies in
order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest

Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint

4. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

remarketing services on the App through the use of first-party
cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and
track users' use of the App, determine the popularity of certain
content, and better understand online activity.
5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
- 5.1 We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
- 5.2 Your Data will not be:
- (i) used or reproduced in whole or in part in any form except as mentioned herein
- (ii) disclosed to any third party or persons not authorised by you to receive it, except with the prior written consent of you,
- (iii) altered, deleted, added to or otherwise interfered with; or
- (iv) stored on any system or device not owned or controlled by us or where the Client has to incur any cost to the Client or any third party in retrieving such data or information from such system or device,
- 5.3 We shall test the Security Measures regularly (and, in any event, at least annually) to assess the effectiveness of the measures in ensuring the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of Client Data.
6. RETENTION, RETURN, AND DELETION OF CLIENT DATA
- 6.1 We retain Client Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
- 6.2 Retention Period
Personal Data will be retained for the duration of the user’s active
account and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by
applicable laws or contractual obligations. - 6.3 Return of Data
Upon written request by the client, we will provide a copy of all Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format as agreed. - 6.4 Deletion of Data
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly requested by the client to retain for a specified duration: Client Data will be permanently and securely deleted from our systems within [30/60/90] days of user account closure. - 6.5 Exceptions
We may retain limited portions of Client Data if:- Required by legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
- Necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
- Required for compliance with court orders or law enforcement investigations.
7. LIMITED LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
- 7.1 We take reasonable steps to protect your information, however to the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: Loss of data, Loss of profits or revenue, Loss of business opportunities, Device or software malfunctions, Any damage resulting from unauthorized access to, use of, or changes to your personal data.
- 7.2 In any case, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
- 7.3 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold
harmless us from and against any and all claims, damages,
obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses
(including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the app;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property rights;
- Any content or data you submit through the app that causes harm to any third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the app and/or deletion of your account or data.
8. DISCLAIMER - THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
- 8.1 We may use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics tools, or communication platforms) to support the functionality and delivery of our services. While we carefully select these providers and require them to implement appropriate security measures, we do not control and cannot guarantee the absolute security of their systems.
- 8.2 Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, unauthorized access, breach, or misuse of your data that occurs as a result of a failure or security lapse on the part of such third-party providers, provided we have taken reasonable steps in selecting and managing these services.
- 8.3 We will promptly notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable laws and will cooperate with authorities and service providers to mitigate such incidents.
9. POLICY FOR CHILDREN
Our App is intended for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13, with parental guidance and consent. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children.
Collection of Information from Children We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
